Last year we went out to see an ECD (Early Childhood Development) school in Molweni, being run in very tight conditions by a determined principal called Bright. Her little school-from-home has been identified as a promising school by an organization called Focus on Ithemba who has helped Bright secure a site nearby and together with Container World are working on a new school, entirely donated and funded. We were asked to design the school which will be constructed mainly out of containers. Our team learned many lessons from this experience. Read more on our blog.
